Two In court over shooting Detained for 12 days

Controversial businessman Chris Philip (left) and co-accused Robert John Ouko Bodo have been detained for 12 days pending the conclusion of investigations at Kibera Law Courts.

The two have been detained after the prosecution sought for more days to complete the investigations.

They are linked with a shooting incident where a gun owned by Philip is alleged to have been used by Ouko for the murder of their business partner Kelvin Omwenga last Saturday at Kilimani area.

The matter will be mentioned on September 4,2020.
