A man has been charged with stealing malaria and HIV testing kits at Milimani Law Courts.
Lancoh Kali Wambua appeared before Chief Magistrate Martha Mutuku and denied the charges.
He was accused that on December 10,2020 at Gatkin Plaza along Temple Road in Nairobi CBD, jointly with others not before court stole 50 packets of malaria testing kits,71 packets of determine HIV Testing KITS all valued at Sh 129,600 he property f Stephen Omburo.
He denied the charges and pleaded with the court to release him on favorable bond terms claiming that businesses are facing tough times due to Covid-19 pandemic.
Magistrate Mutuku released him on Sh 40,000 cash bail.
