Six Police Officers arrested over killings of Embu brothers detained for two weeks.

six police officers linked to the death of two Embu brothers – Benson Ndwiga (22), and Emmanuel Ndwiga (19) for have been detained for 14 days.

The officers appeared before magistrate David Ndungi where the prosecution sought for more days to detain the accused so that they can complete the investigations.

They are PC Lilian Cherono, PC Martin Wanyama, Cpl Benson Mputhia PC Nicholas Sang, PC James Mwaniki and Cpl Consolota Kariuki.

Kariuki had a lawyer but others did not have.

Magistrate Ndugi said he is convinced there is a great danger of interference .

The case will mentioned on August 31,2021.
