Sh 200M gold fraud suspects charged in court.

Two people in connection with Sh 200M gold fraud have been chaarged at Milimani law courts.

The two,a Ghanaian national Nancy Ted Malik Lounou (left), and Cameroonian Abdallah Mckenzy have been charged at Milimani law courts with obtaining a sum of Ksh 3,654,129 from a Turkish national Celik Mesut,on various dates between October and December 2022, by falsely pretending they were in a position to sell him 33 Kg of gold valued at Ksh 207, 900,000.

The prosecution applied for the court to deny them bail and the ruling will be on Thursday, 26th January 2023.
