Man in court for selling police uniforms unlawful.

A Middle aged man has been charged with Milimani Law Courts with possession of public stores against the law.

He appeared before magistrate Lucas Onyina and denied the charges.

Augustine Musume Juma was charged that on June 8,2023 within Landi Mawe, Nairobi County had in his possession public stores namely Kenya Police Service blue uniform working dresses.

The Charge sheet reads that he was possessing a Beret with a budge, blue Jacket among other uniforms bearing NPS logo which are suspected to be unlawful obtained or stolen.

He pleaded guilty to the charges and the facts will be read out to him tomorrow.
