Dennis Renchi Nyambare has been charged at Milimani law courts with three counts of conspiracy to defraud Samuel Okwoyo and his wife Elizabeth of their parcel of land located in Karen.
He is being accused of making a forged title deed under the name of Hellen Nyakerario Nyambare and purporting it to be a genuine and valid land title signed by commissioner of lands Zablon Agwata Mabea on 14th April 2011.
The accused has released on a cash bail of Sh 300,000 or alternative bond of Sh 500,000.
