Kagure land fraud cases ,education qualifications haunts her political career, critics questions her academic papers.

Business woman Agnes Kagure may fail to impress Nairobi residents because of the land cases she is currently battling at the courts.

The famous business woman who has recently attempted to ascend to city leadership may fail to convince city residents on how she Will deal with city land cartels once elected because of the said land cases.

“Kagure is facing some land related cases where she is accused of grabbing land, how can she fight the same, her image is already tainted on land matters,” a city resident told our media team.

We were also able to get the case files that are pending in court where Kagure is linked to land fraud cases .

Case number 345 of 2018 where Ruth Wambui is battling Kagure on a land grab case concerning 1 acre of land in Makadara which she alledge that was owned by her late husband Kimani Mungai. Ruth claims Mungai bought the land in 1997.

In another case, Kagure is accused of grabbing s Sh500million land in Karen from Rogers Robson, Kenyan British man, Kagure again has been dragged by Joel Munyoki Munene in court over land issues at the environmental land court ELC case number 65 of 2017.

The courts are yet to make their verdict.

The revelations comes after Jubilee party cleared Kagure and former Dagoteri South Member of parliament Dennis Waweru as their preffered candidate in the upcoming Nairobi gubernatorial race.

On another issue some city residents wants him to show with prove how she obtained her degree.

“I only know that Kagure has a degree from Chiang Mai Rajabhat University (barchelor of arts) 2014 but let her prove that they are genuine and We want the authority to do some forensic investigations,” another resident says.
